Invitation Letter

All foreign nationals are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation.

Russian entry visas can be obtained at local Russian Embassy or Consulate, proper authorization (invitation letter) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or specially authorized travel agencies is required.

There are two visa types Ekaterinburg Travel Agency is able to issue invitation letters:

Tourist visa invitation letter- tourist voucher. The voucher is usually issued within 24 hours after payment is received. It gives you the opportunity to apply for a tourist visa for a period up to 30 days. It can be either single or double entry.

Business visa invitation letter. There are business visas for 1,3,6 months and 1 year. Single, double or multiple entry. We apply to OVIR and it takes them up to 1 month to issue a business invitation letter.

Locate the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate in Your Country and get their Contact Information.

Upon receiving your request Ekaterinburg Travel agency will contact you within 24 hours and let you know all details of payment which can be made by a Credit Card. Invitation letter for your Russian visa will be sent to you by e-mail. If necessary, an original invitation letter will be sent to you by regular mail free of charge or by courrier mail at extra price.

Important: take care of your visa before buying airline tickets as visa process may take longer than expected and you will have to postpone or cancel your flight.
